When I export them to png they're 72 dpi and when I import them into InDesign, the images are fine and clear until I export it as a PDF. To have control over the quality, it is best to open a pdf in Photoshop, then save as jpg. When opening a pdf, it is possible to set the dimensions and resolution. 300dpi should be enough. Also, check the width and height of the resulting image and decrease this if it is too big – Indesign would still crash. 2. The screenshots are from the InDesign program and of the PDF. Some images will come out fine, while others end up being blurry like the images below. I exported with the High Quality Print settings.
